Who we are
Reach360 is a digital, advertising and technology agency headquartered in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through www.reach360.com.au. We aim to handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:
- your name and email address
- the type of project and budget range you select
- anything you write in your message
We don’t ask for sensitive information, so please don’t include it in your message.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, book a strategy call and discuss the work you’ve asked about. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who helps us handle it
We use a small number of trusted services to run this website:
- Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Vercel hosts the website. Like most hosts, it keeps basic technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.
These providers may store data on servers outside Australia. We only use providers that take reasonable steps to protect it.
WhatsApp and Instagram
If you choose to message us on WhatsApp or follow us on Instagram, those conversations happen on Meta’s platforms and are covered by Meta’s own privacy policies.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we’ll update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any work that follows, and then delete them.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Just send a request through our contact form and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Questions or complaints
If you have a question or concern about privacy, contact us through our contact form and we’ll do our best to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at www.oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
